The sourdough is extra crusty, the vanilla bean ice cream is swirled with caramel, and the focaccia comes plain or loaded with tomatoes, olives, feta, and herbs. Farm eggs and fresh Caesar dressing round out the basket.

Hi, I'm Nikki. I learned to bake standing next to my mom, and my kids have been in the kitchen with me their whole lives — measuring, stirring, tasting, and learning right alongside me. It's part of how we homeschool, and part of how we live.
Local Batch Co. started without a plan. I cooked for my family, shared with neighbors, and the requests kept coming — until it just made sense to make it official. Everything is still made the same way: small batches, simple ingredients, sourced close to home from the Jasper, Ellijay, and Ball Ground area whenever we can.

Local Batch Co. is a family-run cottage-food business in Jasper, Georgia. Orders are made in small batches; it is not a walk-in storefront. Pickup is by a selected 30-minute appointment at Jasper Publix.
Weekly pickup is in Jasper and is convenient for neighbors in Jasper, Ellijay, Ball Ground, Pickens County, and North Georgia.
Orders are due Thursday at 6 PM Eastern. Choose an available 30-minute pickup on Friday evening, Saturday morning, or Sunday afternoon at Jasper Publix.
Pay at pickup with Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or cash. The website does not collect an online payment when an order is placed.
